Huge momentum sell has led to 2750 break. FED's chairman will have his part of speech in less then 2h so momentum spikes can be heavy. You need stay calm, market will be here, dont rush in any trades.

2745 to 2840 spike ( look at h1 candles), market is preparing for FED's chairman.

The traders expected a hint of RATE CUT, but it never happened on ECB conference. If that happened 2650 should have been our next stop. Now we are back again above 2900. Watching 2930 for a possible short.

2840 TO 2940 as i was expecting 100 pip but i reduced my risk when it hit 28 so not much profit but ok

2930-50 region looks interesting at the moment. Im eager to see what will happen during Asia, will post my analysis tomorrow.

Hi T!

Great webinar yesterday! I will be joining all of them! I strongly believe that mastering those topics alone are the key to trading success.
I spend like more than 60% of my time finding new ways of controlling myself emotionally (greed, fear, over confidence, the feeling of luck, etc.) and fine tuning my money and risk management.
Fundamental and technical mastery is secondary. On this topic I spend about 39%.

The rest goes to opening and managing a trade. =)


Maybe I should add that I spend about 2 hours a day on fx.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments. Yes we will make a whole series of webinars, including some good strategies that I use. Next one will be money management and u will see how I use leverage and MM to my advantage.

Also. EURUSD analysis comes in 10 mins...looks interesting..

Good Morning

From a Fundamental view I will look at the following issues.

The Dow Futures are down 40 now and the US Bond Yields on the 2 Year US Bonds are .24% with the 10;Year at 1.73%

The money from all the asset classes move around depending if we have Risk On or Risk Off. The flow goes from Equities to Bonds when we have Risk Off.

Today if NFP is bad say at 125,000 or worse we would have Risk Off however since the markets crave continued monetary stimulus or QE then a bad number encourages them to think that the FED will continue to ease and thus the US Dollar becomes weaker.

To explain this in clearer terms look at what happened to USD/JPY when the Bank of Japan announced they will PRINT by buying Bonds and so it weakens their currency and helps heir Exporters.

A good number over 225,000 would cause the PERCEPTION in the markets that the FED might stop printing sooner than later so the markets might not like that and since we are in an overbought market such as Dow then a good number might cause the markets to sell off and then with Risk Off money would flow to US Bonds and the buying of US Dollars would cause a weakining in EUR/USD as the money looks for Yield and Safety while Risk is off.

I hope this helps to see things from the non technical side.
