Congratulations. Your account is an ewallet account which can be used to transfer money in and out. If you log in to the MyFXOpen back office, you can go to Add an Account/ECN to open a live trading account with your choice of currency. You will get the login details for your new live trading account which you can use with the same MT4 terminal you used for the demo. Just go to file/login and enter the account number and trader's password to go live. No need to re-install.

There are quite a few options for you to choose.

"Symbol" shows the list of currency pairs available.

By default, MT4 charts show the BID price. ASK price charts and AVG (average price) charts are also available. You will use BID charts when trading though.

I have live ecn account.
I can`t access fxopen.com and live chat and your forum site.
because fxopen.com is blocked by my local authority.
How can i acess live chat and your forum site?

Anyone had much luck with these clowns yet?

I am in my 3rd day of trying to open and trade.

No FAQs which are supposed to work on the live chat page which doesn't work either.

Support only took 9hrs to reply.

No we are not affiliated with them at all. Our closest relationship would be with FXOpen NZ because of the branding and technology roots that we share.

Ok, I only ask because there are large similarities in your marketing campaigns, wording on forums, websites etc. Also your office is located directly across the road to them, they are in 2 Bligh street, Sydney.

Do you mind me asking how many people are employed at fxopenaus? I know you are ASIC regulated but I am still very wary of depositing 25k+ with a company I know nothing about.

We have about 250 staff at our disposal in all departments and our support team is about to be expanded.

We also have a new guy who started this week. Mark Bringans, former Director of FXPro over here joined our team as Sales Director.

Our live prices are not based on a feed, but on prices offered by traders and liquidity providers in the ECN network. The demo server provides a simulation of that liquidity network. I wish our demo servers were better too, but most of our resources are aimed at the live service where it is more important.
