I almost made 200 pips on GU today..... but I ended up making +100, then -100 ....

I expected a whipsaw after getting the +100 up ... I then entered short a little too late.

It all happened so fast ....

Emmanuel has posted the same setup a few times. If you miss the breakout (which for me is difficult to catch), this is the safer entry on the pullback.
Just remember the confluences as stated many times. Practice (and repetition) is the mother of success.

false sense of security.EMA's are basically past data and future price movement has nothing to do with EMA's.At best they tell you which direction trend is moving however one can look at simple chart and figure that easily.
To me it is important to eliminate everything that creates bias that influence your thinking contrary to Price Action.
Each to his/her method.One is not necessarily better but what works for you.
Support and Resistance and key pivots hold more importance to me.

Today I will have to bid AUF WIEDERSEHEN to this thread. It has been a great journey with many of you here and we had lots of fun posting and exchanging PMs. Some have gone a step further with me and we become good friends online across the great borders and oceans separating us.

AUF WIEDERSEHEN is not goodbye. Directly translated in words, it means see you again and I like this more. Therefore we shall see each other again another time. I have a project to complete in 3 months and this requires my full attention and with my own trading team.

In the meatime, you have to continue on in your learning journey and I want to share this with you.
