Louder alert sound

How can i make alert sounds in mt4 louder comparing to other sounds coming from my pc?

No idea how to do it and if it is even possible. I don't see any obvious way how to turn volume up in mt4 or edit .wav files to make then sound loder.

How I would do it is click on the speaker icon in my system tray and slide the other program sounds down and slide metatrader sounds all the way up. If you don't see the slider bar for metatrader, leave the sound level/volume mixer window open and wait for metatrader to have an alert then it should show up. Make sure you leave the device level up as this is the master level for everything! If a new program makes a sound and you want to mute it or turn it's volume down, you can slide the sound level down. Just make sure to leave the sound level/volume mixer window open during your trading day so as a new program makes a sound it will be in the sound level/volume mixer window. If you close that window and wait for a new program to make a sound and then reopen the window, you may not be able to to select the volume for that program. Just leave it open and it will be there..... or at least it is on my computer. Your hardware may have slightly different control set up.
