I'd like a dollar for every time I've seen Price try to break out here [see chart]
[At least I don't try to trade them anymore].

Both USDX and EU are still ranging in the 1H / 2H Flags?
I'll look for a HL or LH to indicate the Break Out.

Agree. I have a band of PA 2989 down to 2970.
Like you say, then ~2950/55

Flat from 97. low VSA /little interest from SM. They enjoyed the H1 stops below 08 & tight 1.3 stops. Looking for possible NY reversal off deeper 1.3 stop run.
