Trading system using relative strength

I am using a relative strenth indicator for my model, 5 minute bars, EUR/USD. What do you find to be the best entry/exit points on this strategy?

i dont advice 5 min chart.you must use min 15 min imho.
divergence is important on curreny strength like rsi,cci

EUR/USD - Short signal generated 4am EST / 10AM GMT (red vertical line on indicator)
Plenty of time to get in before the move - I was a little slow to enter and still caught it (and later added to it)

Hi all, it tooks quite a lot time to go through the whole thread and I'm astonished of the interest, knowledge and passion from all of you to contribute to "common" success.
I approached this world just a month ago and I'm actually running a couple of demo account sperimenting on some different EA and/or trading techniques with "limited" results so I'm very happy to had find this post that seems really helpful. I'll try from tomorrow..........

In the mean time I want to put a challenge to some of you more expert and more able to find a new possible way to use this amazing indicator.........with high remunerative potentiality.

Is there any way to set some parameters to create a sort of tool for Binary Option? CCFp whatever version, I mean 1.0.2b or [v2.0] seems able to predict next H4 D1 results so why not try to do the same with M30 or H1? I mean I don-t thing it-s only matter to set just timeframe to 30 0r 60, i guess that also some other setting mut be "tuned" for this specific application, isn't it?
This will help a lot on Binary option with expiring time 30min or 1hour.....

Just in case someone fall here occasionally must know that this is absolutely one of the best and usefull thread (and fruitfull as well)
Unfortunately I jumped here too late so I couldn't contribute but just got the essence.

How do you enter / exit with CCfp?

Can anyone make an indicator that can show the Bid Ratio on the chart. Basicly, so that you can see where the ratio value was in the past. TIA

appreciated the effort but this is not the mq4 I was looking for. If you look at page 117-118 you can see the indicator I am looking for, CC-Diff_[v2.0], this is only ex4 and I have been looking everywhere in Internet without success. The problem is that it reacts with JPY pairs only and I wanted to understand why and correct it accordingly.

If you have this mq4, you are first of all lucky, please post it or send it via e-mail.

Hello. I just downloaded the CCFp indicator and tried applying it to my charts. While the symbols plot, there are zeros for values underneath and no lines are plotting. I know that there is live data streaming. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Had the same issue. I figure that you can get the "spaghetti" lines as well as the values if you disable "show in the Data window" under "visualization" tab on the indicator's properties.

Last night i spotted some trades & have a go with all the BUY & Sell pairs @ 16:00 hr (5 -10 mins after it open)
but in the end the trades turned against me badly that i have to cut loss. Any one has this encounter before?

Or will ES trader be able to advise if he has some trades against him before?

Very interesting system, ES Trader, and thank you for sharing it. I'm working on something similar, a method to trade multiple currency pairs using relative strength through the stochastic indicator -- my personal favorite.

I'm doing some testing and it seems to be going well so far, though I should note I am not using your specific method. I am simply testing your idea of trading multiple currency pairs at the same time instead of just one (I usually trade GBP/JPY).

Here's a screenshot of my current setup. You might notice that I have chosen to focus on the eight majors only, since that is all the screen space I have room for and they tend to be universal across brokers.

Personally, I like to focus on time frames less than 1H and 4H and I also find stochastics the easiest method to trade rather than this CCfp indicator, which there seems to be little explanation of how it is actually coded.

Any input is welcomed.
