I think today was just a fake to take some stops before dropping 200 pips. My "map" posted earlier was off, but that's never very important. What's important is that my stop wasn't hit and now I can move it closer. I don't think 9886 needs to be touched, so....

A ride down to 9650 would take the stops there, but 9565 should be safe. I don't think the high at 9917 was all that significant as far as how many stops it took, therefore, should not be a lasting high. I don't see a whole lot of good places above 9917 for taking stops until 104.45, and even that doesn't look like it'll be a lasting high. Could be a really big move up after a wash out below.

The fan resistence has not been dominant on the price for the last 4-5 days...this weak attitude of the fan resistence might be a pre-sign for the bullish trend. And moreover its is quite easy to see the support area (marked with red in the picture) right below the price...and it has been successful for the last a few days and has held the price above itself.... When this strength of the support area and the weakness of the fan resistence joins...then there is only one result : a bullish trend targeting the next fan resistence at 104,50-80s ...

Incase the price breaks down the support area then the target will be the previous fan suport at 96,00s ...

Time will show...

It is starting to look like EURUSD may have made a lasting top, and that is a red flag for a long-term EURJPY bull. I still see a move down to 96.50, followed by a move back up-----but a top at 100.02-ish is looking more likely than a sustained move upwards.

USDJPY looks extremely bullish for months ahead, but EURUSD looks like it might have even more power to the downside in the next few months or more.

This beast hs been ranged since Aug 21st. I would prefer daily candle closed above 99.00 before comfortably consider long.. Till then, I'll seat on my hand...

This pair is covering all the bases, which means it's headed lower and this area probably won't be visited again (at least until new lows below 94.00 are made).

The trade I'm loading up on EURUSD-short.

short term up, long term down..possible BOJ intervention would move the pair higher, of course..

Been trying to go long EJ this morning, but have been chopped up in and out with a net of -7 pips now.

It looks like it will roll over now, depending if 100.85 could hold.

wondering if anyone else has been trading it?

Keep an eye on price action around the EURJPY 100.00 level is price does roll over. Also keep an eye on other currency pairs including the USDJPY and EURGBP to gauge potential EURJPY strength.
