Decided to close all positions here (as I woulda closed it on Friday before market closed) for a 0.75R profit.

Stopped out for a full 1R loss.

Was struggling to tighten SL when 4H candles brokethrough my HCR level, and formed 2 4H signatures confirming R turned S. However, decided to stick to my rules of not moving SL based on lower TF PA after entry unless price hits my FTA.

Problems with the trade:
Possibly SL too tight. MACD is printing bearish divergence. Will wait for a DCC to re-enter short.

Had been taking small risks on 1H trades (1%) and higher risks on 1D trades (2%). Will revise to have same risks on both TF's to have a more consistent P&L. Will start with 2%.

Look for price to breakthrough multi bar lows + break of 1D BEOB at swing high of RN 0.8600 and wait for a retracement (butt kiss/RR) for a short entry.

Full SL hit. Made a terrible mistake here. Was using my phone to enter the trade, and was using "estimation" of risk to calculate total units to sell.

After SL hit, only I realised, I risked 2.7% on this particular trade. BAD MISTAKE as my risk per trade is supposed to be ~2%!!

Another mistake was I did not tighten SL on after price hit the FTA at previous bar lows. (visible on 4H and also 1H charts).

3rd mistake was, my SL was far too tight. The fundamental way to play the BEOB was to put Sl ABOVE the BEOB high. My SL was not even 1/3 of the BEOB candle.
Price hit TL and reversed, and it may continue further down..

lesson learnt: to trade 1H TF, I'll have to be more alert about news which potentially screws up my trades.

Hi Keroro,

I think you'll find you will be better of sticking to 4h and daily charts for trading, that way news releases don't have such an high impact. It might be interesting for you to go back over your trade history to see which TFs bring in the best results.

I only ever use my phone to check how my trades are progressing and to TP and move my SL. Brokers love traders to have access to their accounts through their phones because that way they can keep you trading even when you are on the move. Trying to look at charts on very small screens is only going to lead to mistakes.

Yes, I totally agree with the fact that using a phone to enter positions is a BAD idea. Lesson learnt the hard way.

As for the results, I found I performed quite well on the 1H, and the reason why I like the 1H charts was because all feeds show the same chart on 1H and below, unlike daily/4H charts, where different broker shows different charts (due to the opening time).

I will continue to demo as per planned, until I prove myself to be profitable consistently before starting live.

Reasons:
1. PBT&CB W + M LCS
2. Broke out of bear wedge
3. Multibar lows previously adds more confluences with clean touches on W + M LCS which makes a valid RR entry

*if price reaches my TP before taking my order, will revise the trade accordingly.

Price having a hard time breaking out of down TL + 365EMA + W/M HCR, but IMO, price is gaining momentum to breakout.

Will look for a strong breakout from 1H chart at 0.9332 level for a butt kiss/RR entry.
