Average Range of Instrument

Hello guys i want to find out the average range of instrument is there any indicator that could sitck on the chart and which could identify the Trend of instrument and its average daily range it moves.

Well thanks this solves the problem now next thing i want to know is how much have the instrument moved Up on Down from the open Price of the day

Average Range of the Instrument In a Day

How much have the instrument move up or down from its open price

and last thing open can close price of a instrument according to sessions like

Asian Session :- Open : xxxxx Close : xxxxx
Europain Sessions :- Open : xxxxxx close : xxxxx

I want to have like explicit Open Price: xxxx Up or Down Move can b used in Colors Green for Up and Red for Down
