When i get down 8-10 pips and i dont ger a spike candle and it only trickles up i try and exit as close to B E as possible

Heres something i have mentioned over and over again. Trading is a marathon though you come to trade everyday doesnt mean you'll have a trade everyday. If you get 5 to 7 winners a month you will generate 15- 21% each and every month and you know how that adds up just do the math. So am i saying there are no losses? No i am not i just minimize them by managing trade and watching what price is currently doing. Like the otherday got in and it went down 8 or 9 pips saw a small bounce but no follow threw so i bailed at B E. On average maybe i have 1 or 2 losses for 1% each month and the rest are 2 to 3% winners. The method and rules are rather simple because the market makes it that way if we read the map correctly. This month i am currently up 16%

YES, but the other part is extremely NOT easy .... manage a trade

When I say manage trade I mean manage your money that's all that really matters.

Unfortunately I don't trade red news candles or I would have long at 92 do you all see why

To manage a trade is quite simple. Here's how i manage my trade for these trades.

These are the Mechanical rules:
See setup then enter.
TP 15 SL 15.
Price goes to 10+ i set my stop to BE.
Price goes to 13+ i set my stop to +10.
Price goes to -10 then i set my TP to BE.

These are the discretionary rules:
If price is at +13 and i have already moved my stop to +10 then i am free to Take Profits early if i "feel" like price isn't going to go any higher.


This is trade management for me. Any trade i've ever been in has been managed before i've even entered it. I've come up with these rules based on my time with the charts and adjusted for my personal needs. It'll probably be different for different people but the important thing to know is what to do in X situation before it even arises.

Will move target to 20 looking to get 2% late in session

Here is my first attempt at forward testing this method. This trade was actually done on the M15E/U. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that this is a 2b pattern. I ended up netting 19 pips on the trade. Please criticize and help me get better with this. Thanks!
