Your analysis is good. However, trading on the daily can require deep pockets, especially with this wide zone. The question is would it be better to play it safe and wait for price to come back up to where it entered the zone before going long? It looks like it did come back out of the zone on the second daily candle but the bounce was only about 30 pips. I find this suspect. It could go lower and even go completely through this zone. It will be interesting to see what London thinks.

Edit: Of course now that I suggested it will go down through the zone, it will likely go straight up to 1.64 (smirk)
