look. you guys call it what you want.. rich , wealthy, financially free... it's all capitalism .. to obtain your goals.. what are your goals ? that's what i'm asking..

However, the statistics apparently tell us that the probability of succeeding at all at forex, let alone attaining an ROE that's capable of turning $1k into $10M within 10 years, is very small. I just read a reference to a research paper claiming that only 4 traders in every 1,000 are able to string together 4 consecutive winning quarters....

Financial freedom, of course. To be able to travel wherever I want, whenever I want, and not think twice about how much it's going to cost. To be able to know I will never have money problems. I don't just want money for a couple of years, I want my own permanent solution to the money problem that is destroying lives all over the planet.

I want to be able to do anything I want. I want to be able to buy anything I want. That means multiple houses, a boat, plenty of land, and whatever it is that I want. I also want to be able to help loved ones -- family and friends.

When it comes to the amount.. I know I want millions. I could see myself passing the $5m mark for sure. I'm a very extreme person, so I basically want to go to the stars

And trading is definitely not a get rich quick thing. If you get rich quick in trading, you're probably not managing your money properly and will eventually tumble. I guess there are some that are an exception to this.

Of course no one in this world would preference poverty over wealth but money doesn't necessarily equate to freedom.

You make 100k you 're in the 2 bedder with the pool
500k and you get the water front view with the Beemer. 1 mill and you're funding the governments next election.

You make more, likely you simply spend more its all relative. The more you have, the more you have to lose... Or loose! .

True freedom is to be content with nothing. This is not to be confused with wealth.

Basically I want wealth because I would rather people suck my dick than me suck theirs (metaphorically speaking of course).

I want to be rich to live a better life- everyone wants it , it just comes natural- u wont see anyone saying "i want to be poor all my life" .
Also, i want to be super rich fast so i can retire early in my life and enjoy the rest of my life traveling the world, meeting new people etc..

Personally I value how "rich" I am in completely different terms. Time. It is the one thing we are all fighting against, and eventually will all lose too. What kills me is literally wasting 40 hours of my life every single week, making just enough to supply for my family while making the boss man richer both financially and with his time. I don't need millions... All I truly need is enough to supply my family with and more importantly the time I want to spend with them.

Nicely put. That's what we all want. Of course not everybody can get in that position at this point. There must be sufficient wage slaves left to make widgets and provide services. I'll also require maids, chauffeurs, not to mention 20 yo beauties must be sufficiently motivated to provide sex for cash services. lol

Its not get rich, its to be ready always to offer help for you family and the ones you care about.
Its that i dont want to stand in a line at public hospital to give health care for my mother, i dont want her to take public transportation.
Having the power to buy a rose everyday for the girl i love when she came, having the power to take a vacation to worship her body, smell the perfume i bought on her chest, to play with her hair that i did pay for the beauty center, to make her drive me out side the city when i am drunk and cant drive with the car i bought for her. it will never be to get rich, its the power to help when you can help and take responsibility like a real man. thank you for asking this question

Financial Freedom.. well if you are financially free, that means you have accumulated enough wealth to not have to worry about accumulating wealth. " rich ", "wealthy", " ballin " " filthy " .. call it what you want but what are you guys goals ? why are you trading ?

On the other hand being wealthy and not worrying about accumulating wealth is a sure recipe for bankruptcy. After all, during the time you're not worrying chances are you're still gonna be spending money. That's how the european aristocracy lost its position in society. Heck- that's what happens with all those lottery winers- they win 5 mil and in a couple years they're poor again. Some people (most ?) are just not meant to be or stay rich no matter what.

So in order to stay rich your primary concern needs to be your finances. If that's not the case and your primary concern is your lifestyle, enjoying life etc you're very likely to quickly join the poor. Your first motivation therefore needs to be the status of being wealthy itself, any other concern must be a distant second.

First it's all about freedom. If you have a lot of money, you have more choices and better circumstances in general.

If you have money (I mean really rich), you don't need a job, you don't have answer your boss or waste your time getting other people rich.

I want to travel the world with my girlfriend, stay at the finest hotels, go to a restaurant each day.

Later I want to settle in nice city in the center. (1 condo $2-3M)

Than I want to make investments to support my lifestyle with ease ($7M)

When I'm at this point I wouldn't stop working (for myself) as I would get bored. The money I make is spent on cherity / good cause.

ps.: I don't need a fancy car or an expensive suite.
