You know how it is... 2, 3 , 4 years later... still someone could be trying to find "forex" books. Wish I think are non-existing.

I am fixing to order it, but I would think All About Forex, which is one of series of books by John Jagerson would be good. I have attended many of his live strategy sessions through my stocks account at Scottrade and his site www.learningmarkets.com. He is exceptionally good teacher.

2. Market Wizards (books 1 and 2) by Jack Schwager

Schwager's latest book (Hedge Fund Market Wizards) is great too...a real eye opener. Loved the interview where one of the big guys says "Well, I started my first investment job and sucked at it...so they fired me. I was also fired from 5 jobs after that and lost a family member a ton of money...been profitable ever since."

Haha! Love it! That I'd why I love those books. I have that book too but haven't read it yet.

Not bad at all. My all time favorite book

Charting and fundamentals do not mean anything if you don't control risk. The book that made the biggest impact was Trading Risk by Kenneth Grant. Stop treating it like a casino and treat it like a business. Besides my broker does not bring me drinks like they do in the casino

Find a free "Forex For Dummies" pdf. Honestly, don't buy anything, it's all crap. Just get in there with free demo and information for a week or two. Then trade live one penny. You think a penny is a joke? you shouldn't face financial ruin but you will hate that jerkass underlying computer, make bid-ask lines both visible and you'll see it just loves to center your line all the time.

I have to disagree with you. Not all books are useless. Especially the book by Quseynov. What you are talking about is does not hold in general and I think your own experience is misguiding you.

reminiscences of a stock operator is like the Bible......none other comes close.
