Is there an indicator that copies the screen at open of every candle?

Is there an indicator that copies the screen at open of every candle? So if I have a 1hr chart it takes a screen image every hour.

Try this - I think it still works. Its very basic, there are much fancier ones out there.

CodeMeister. I added your expert to 3 screens but it's only outputting a file for one of the screens. It varies which currency it outputs the screen for but maybe it's the last one to be updated.

EDIT: I created 3 different versions and added the Symbol name to the filename and it worked. I then went back to the original version and added the Symbol name to the filename and it now works. And the light bulb lit up. The second and third files had the same file name as the first so could not be created.

I think the problem is that the file names aren't unique and they are being overwritten. I will fix and test, but it will be early next week.

Don't rush because of me. I've already added the symbol to the file name to make the file name unique. It's working perfectly for me now, exactly what I wanted.

I have looking for something like this for a while and this came in time.

I added both the Symbol() and Period() to the WindowScreenShot line to make the filename unique. Now it works great.


WindowScreenShot(FileName + Symbol()+"_M" + Period() + "_" + newstr + ".gif", 640, 480, -1, -1, chartType);

Ok, just added a sub-folder name to the code, so that all my screen shots are saved in a separate folder.

WindowScreenShot("Screen_Shots\" + FileName + Symbol()+"_M" + Period() + "_" + newstr + ".gif", 640, 480, -1, -1, chartType);

works ok so far.

The code has been fixed in the other thread to fix the problem with duplicate file names.
