this is the exact thing that bugs me about you Jafar~~you would do a lot better to be real and transparent with people, not just picking and choosing the good parts that suit your cause

after a while they realized they weren't getting it back, so they left to a place that would take them ~~ NZ

And NZ has the most lax regulator in the western world, it's only better for brokers, not clients

Make sure your IT people correct the errors in lot sizing also. Do you have plans to allow minimum lot size of 1,000 units? I needed flexibility to trade 0.01 standard lots on smaller account.

It's not my place to discuss the Mauritius issue as it has nothing to do with us. I do however have an issue with calling NZ a lax regulator. They are far better than Mauritius as in they actually perform audits etc... NZ also has a Financial Ombudsman service for you to send complaints to if you have a problem. Can you say the same for Mauritius brokers?

That was a bugged page and has been fixed.

We tried to offer lots size of 0.01 as the minimum but there was a very high rejection rate as the market will not take such a small amount unless we ran a B Book of course but adding a Market Maker component defeats the purpose of running an ECN broker.

Not sure how that affects FxOpen NZ. You should be concerned about FxO NZ because if you are leasing/white labeling their cabinet and platform tech, then regulation changes that affect them, especially 'shut down' type of regulation, will affect FxO Au.

The main thing from my point of view is that the money is separate (Nz vs Au and customer segregated funds).

Again with the separate thing. You want to make it as obvious as possible when someone logs into their cabinet that it is fxopen Au, not fxopen Nz. Take extra steps to ensure that the logos and account identity clearly states Au, not just generic FxO, unless it is a rule or promotion that applies to all sister companies.

Indeed the fact that NZ has taken steps to weed out dodgy companies is a good thing. I hope that they continue.

If FXO NZ was ordered to shut down by NZ, it would not affect FXOpen AU greatly as we are separate entities.

Rest assured, FXOpen AU funds and FXOpen NZ funds are totally separate. We hold client funds in Commonwealth Bank, Australia and all financial operations are performed from our office in Sydney by Australian staff. Since you can't log in to FXOpen NZ cabinet with FXOpen AU details and vice versa, that should be obvious

Yes, we also must pass on fees charged by Moneybookers however we don't charge fees for ourselves.

since Jafar claimed FXO demo feed doesn't reflect the reality of the live feed by aggregating demo users orders, i would be grateful if someone who get a live ECN account (FXO-AU) could post a screenshot of historical data for EURUSD H1 ( from Tools>History center) like this :

how do you explain an order with volume "zero" in bid and ask column ? last matched orders ?
not a vapourware but even so...... an "evapouration" somewhere.

Just wait for the official release if you are new to 1-click. Other brokers have the same implementation so you will "get it" eventually.

I'm pretty sure I wrote that this is a screenshot of the beta version

All bugs should be squished by the time we are ready to show the final version in a couple of weeks.

I downloaded the plug in and I got as far as the smiley face in the top right hand corner of the chart but there is no order ticket displayed. How do I get the order ticket up? Its on a demo platform
I went to your live chat for help and they just gave me a link to back to your website. Genius

Do you mean the the One Click info and orders window is not displaying?

Did you allow DLL imports when you attached it to the chart? You can also choose to confirm DLL function calls but I have that disabled as it might get in the way of the first order since you have to confirm the DLL calls. You should also tick Allow live trading.

Assuming you have experts enabled (can't see the toolbar) is your platform connected to the server as in are you receiving offered quotes? A disconnected demo could explain why the plugin is not appearing.
