Pepperstone is not worth anymore yet another fkn disconnect i dont know what servers they keep showing on their site.
dont know about otherz but my execution speed is not good either n yesterday i was disconnected too
cant remember how many pips i have lost coz of there disconnectionz
seriouly thinking of shifting my accounts back to Oanda

disconnected from like 20-25 minz now from 3523 euro moved to 3512 n now its above 3535

I haven't experienced these disconnects for almost a year, but this is ridiculous can't believe how long I've been unable to access my account!

As already mentioned, for me it's not about what I have open, but potential missed opportunities AT LONDON OPEN! now coming up on US open.

Back to CME for me, these guys are just not dependable enough, time and time again and no updates as to what the f*ck is going on.

yea it is i normally have many open positions all the time so i know how many disconnects i have faced just go through the last 4-5 pages of this thread n u will find.
I dont know maybe i was a Fool to join them through ppl comments on forex factory (now i believe these guyz r paid for posts.)

Worse thing than potential setups is not being able to close what once WAS a small losing trade...

We are not paid. Their service and execution remains grade A. But this crap needs to stop (disconnections). But i do agree with the stress of having trades opened and dealing with this shit. Really not good.

I mean being reimbursed is all good and all. But who knows if I would of added or removed positions earlier. Then the extra hassel for debating my case… As I use stealth stops. They made good in the past, but still…

Yea I'm sure quick disconnects here and there are normal, but to have a disconnection for over 5 minutes (it's been much much much longer than that already) is really poor form.

I probably don't notice them as much as yourself because I only trade a few positions a week if that and they are generally held for a couple of days, so I guess I could be copping heaps of disconnects unknowingly :/

It's also a bit of a joke that they haven't made any announcements via their twitter feed, nor can you speak to any customer service representatives on the supposed "live chat" section of their website. Not knowing what is going on is just not on!!!

Not talking about You ramy the comments were like from 6,7 moths ago when i shifted one account here reading them .

the thing that matters is 35 minz disconnect right now they need to fukn change there IT team or whatever it needs
once in a blue moon is ok but several in a month is not acceptable
All other brokers i use have different backups on web and mobile trader so even if meta trader is off u can trade through others .

This is my first live account (Australia) opened < a month ago. Connection has been coming on and off for half an hour now. If this was a major CFD or equities provider it would be in the financial papers. I have zero tolerance for this bullshit, I'm writing to the Australian Financial Review and sending an official complaint to ASIC. I could use this thread as an example, so please, if you're having similar problems, in Australia or elsewhere, describe it in the thread.
Needless to say I'm changing providers ASAP.
