Is it possible to modify this indicator the way that user can turn on and off Support/Res levels and also move the printed volume values a little bit on a chart as it is currently printed on bars?

I have been trading using VSA for some time in the past and I can say with confidence that if you follow this methodology you are guaranteed to go broke soon or later. This is because volume is just like any other lagging indicator like stochastics. (Any indicator if it factors in time including price is going to be a lagging indicator, If you want to look at price that is not lagging you must look at a tick chart or a range chart and if you want to look at volume that is not lagging you must look at time and sales) If you have been trading for some time you will know that, you cannot predict the markets not with any indicator including volume. You will have to follow the market where ever it takes you, which can be done only by understanding wave structure and how the market moves between high tick and low tick, how it make retracements and pullbacks at support and resistance levels. if you are an investor you may also follow Elliot waves.
The so called ultra high volume is not caused by professional activity, It is the activity of the inexperienced traders and investors who are experiencing fear and greed. On the other side of the market again retail traders who wants to catch a falling knife (VSA is a more sophisticated way of catching falling knife!) and banks and other huge liquidity providers who are hedging their positions in some other way. The professional traders are not that stupid to be around to catch a falling knife!. Most of them have atleast 10 to 20 years of experience. Their ativity can only be traced at key support and resistance levels on the time and sales window in the form of huge orders that is coming in realtime. It will not be shown on a volume histogram. The market is temporarily retracing after the so called ultra high volume because it has reached an overbought or oversold state. Hence volume histogram is just onother indicator like stochastics which can show an overbought and oversold state of the market and nothing else.
I just feel for the novice traders who fall for all these and loose their hard earned money.

is a wide spread down bar a weak bar? on the right we can see two wide spread down bars the 1st (that is immediately after the "No demand") has closed above the low of the previous bar (the No demand" bar), the 2nd wide spread down bar which is the last bar on the right closes below the low of the previous bar, does that make the 2nd down bar weaker of the two?

hi anyone in here? I've read upto page 11 of this thread and suspect that a mix of VSA and price action will help a lot with trading but I am confused by VSA. Maybe I'm just impatient but I dont see valid signals on my 5 min charts. How many pips can we expect to gain during markup/markdown on 5/15 min charts? I hope someone can clarify my doubts....

I'm also confused about the definition of no supply/no demand bars. I realize the volume has to be less than 2 previous bars but the shape of the candle is not clear. Should a no demand be:

bullish with a wick on top, wick on bottom, or just bullish --- and is spread important?

Does anyone know what the circles, triangles, etc. mean in the indicator for Ninjatrader?
