A court will begin to claim about your money still stuck at REFCO

Thanks for posting the letter. Boy that kind of thing makes me queazy. Good luck getting your money or a portion of it. In my former business, bankruptcy notices from individual debtors I used to receive contained a pleasant reminder that any attempts by me to recover monies from the bankruptee were quite illegal and punishable offenses. I hope these type of entities are held to a higher standard.
