Morning guys

I short here based on H1. AO turn red and RSI overbought. hope price will back to 3180 before break the 3300...Upss don't hope in forex

Q. How long and heavely do you think the bulls will defend 1.3250?

A. Til the money runs out.

B. Til Asia closes.

C. Til a fat finger order brings it all back to 1.3000

If the "bat" fails. Then we are looking at a possible "crab" and price could/would be higher. IMHO.
3250 is a nice defense point... so the bulls might bring us higher from there. I tend to be a contrarian, so I a plan for the upside and downside just to be be prudent.

My interpretation of yesterday's move had very little to do with Bull's and everything to do with human emotion, a benefit that both the bulls and the bears use to their advantage.

If you look at the daily TF, notice the AO? Despite the almost record setting day, there was very little impact on the AO. Usually a move like that will flip the AO on its ear.

This tells me (and of course my opinion only) that upside momentum (the AO) while there - is slowing. The AO crossed the zero line today, but I believe after yesterday today will be quiet. I hope I am wrong cause I had a blast trading yesterday!

I couldn't stay off the PC yesterday. Before I went to bed, I checked the EU. Price seemed as though it was slowing. I placed a "buy stop" at 32255 and went to bed.

Woke up, got my coffee and checked what happened - Was very nice to see that while I slept I put 50 pips in the bank.

I just knew that despite the Gartley pattern, human emotion (Chaos) was the predominant PA and price would continue north with very little retrace (at least during NY session anyway.)

THAT trade is Bill Williams rule. He says it and it will never change: Chaos Rules

Today should see some semblance of a return to the norm. Usually after an emotional day, the following trading session is pretty slow, plus today is Friday, a notoriously slow day anyway

You know until I read your post I really never considered trading during ECB. I suppose if done properly on could do quite well. I'm now looking forward to the next ECB conference. Maybe you could share some of your insight as to how you trade that wild conference!

If there is continuing upswing today - keep an eye out for the 3298 (1.33) area. Not only is 1.33 psycho, it also represents a double top formation from Jan 2nd's high of 3298.

Personally, I would actually prefer for price to go to this level first (only 45 pips away). But as I am a trained skeptic and every indicator I own is screaming over bought, the inverted hammer from a few hours ago is very small, it is after all an inverted hammer.

I set a sell stop at the low of the hanging man candle that occured at 1800 GMT (10 hours ago) minus 3 pips

One thing that really hasn't been brought up here that I often favor are candle "high/low" breaks. High low breaks can be very powerful, because as you know they also represent support and resistance areas.

A hanging man normally (by itself) presents a reversal opportunity. Given the nature of the human chaos that occured yesterday it was ignored. Like the small inverted hammer, it is after all a hanging man that I cannot ignore (at least not from the 1H perspective)

Close the short for +6.

I think USDX ready to bounce from the mouth heading to 70. Normally with this wide range up bar comes seller, but this is Friday....
