Trading range is 3031-3050 this hour. Remember its Monday and remember 3030 is important number. 3025-3050 is channel now so we can get some confluence low and high.

This is H1 current chart pic. We have a bullish engulfer with a double bottom, h4 still forming a potential hammer. Bulls are still in charge.

If 3061 is not taken out in 1h-2h we might see another drop. H4 closes as a spinning top which indicates indecision. EU is bullish but today's action can be a slight correction/retracement.

I personally would like to see 3125-30 where I would look for short as we have a good confluence there.

Here. We can see 78.6 initial reaction was heavily bought. Below 2990 bulls need to worry as it cancels upper 1 2 3.

Those who have initially bought into 78.6 support have a great r:r ratio.

Yep Mine is bigger than yours pattern :-)
We basically that is a bullish reversal pattern my friend.
Simply based on the hourly stops below the hourly candle targeting 1.3125

What bothers me is 3187 - that is a virgin point of control (weekly) (market profile analysis)

There is a high chance that this point is traded again.........

Smart Money had been covering their long & mid term shorts with a gradual shift in sentiment from bearish to bullish since May 2012..
Sentiment have cross over from net bearish to net bullish for the 1st time since January 2011 when Euro climb another 10+ figures from 1.32 to 1.49.

Medium Term, Looks like the Smart Money crowd are calling for 1.35~1.46 again..

Near Term, we have Daily & H4 "GO" Buy the Dips for retest of 1.33+ with potential pop up to 1.35..

the non-commercials are not the "right" smart money, because they are speculators like you and me (only with more many in their bags - unfortunately :-) )


The real smart money are the Commercials and they are now net-short

see it this way:

the non-commercials, most of the time, are late in their decisions. When they were net long in January 2011, for example, the move to the north in EURUSD was already done.

GOOD chart.. GOOD post..and i am thinking that way.. but at this point in time i think hier ground.. have taken long positions based on reluctance to go lower and what i am seeing in usdx.. i think it will go 7980 at least.. enclosed is picture of EUUD 1 hr i am long at 3105..12..18

Also here is picture of EUROX.. 4 hr.. note at this point in time quite a strong 4 hr bar.. quite diffrent to the EUUD 4 hr.. i have noticed quite often the EURX leads the EUUD.. if you look at the last 6 bars of the 4 hr EUROX to me quite bullish.. another reason why i am long side.. all just my opnion of course i may be totaly wrong
