i only know Simple, Exponential, Smoothed and Linear W

yah it is not in MT4 indeactor I am also searching it, as soon I found mt4 indecator fot it , I will post here!

It comes with my charting package.
Add Moving Average and select Endpoint instead of simple, etc.
