Fibs are important part of my trading.Its something I respect greatly.
Most respected fib retrace is .618 and no wonder its the most powerful fib number sometimes referred as golden ratio.It exist in nature,on human body,stars etc even movement of birds in flight
Having said this.Euro is in retrace mode and I have a pending sell at 3250 which is at slightly lower then .618
Now I am going to sleep and have it get filled.
If you like to have your fib default tool show price just put a (61.8)%$ in description

Same for GU pending sell at .618 Fib which is exactly at 6150 RN

closed my EU trade +7pips.I will wait later for better opportunity.
Trade was based on RN and fib .618
I know small potato but end of the day they add up.

No reason why EU can't hit ~1.355 before year end, although 3,200 pipettes in the next few days is pushing that protestation.

Look at weekly pic below; I've drawn an orange box to show the last fractal time-span (distance between green dots) and then projected it with a red box and you can see the candles attacking this red box timezone very early, so bid intent is strong. I then placed the boxes on the vertical axis from a previous fib buy trap wave from sep '11.

Price also sitting high on year open (black line) and month open (purple line), so no real reason to look for sells.

Something major fundemetally must happen for Euro to propel further up without retrace.That is not in the cards.Recent Euro up move was partly driven by Fiscal Cliff and indirectly Yen upsurge.
We are due for correction.Euro has been climbing over 300pips without a real retrace.Nothing goes up indefatigably.
We will see 3100 most likely before 35.This is just my thinking but nobody knows 100%

I edited out the title and blended the colors to background because I am color sensitive.I hate ugly charts
I changed important news from red to white.White to me is "hot" in electric terms.

Just because it goes up, doesn't mean it has to retrace; look at EURJPY on weekly - a parabolic 14,000 pipettes without retrace and a continuation from last weeks spinning top.

That is not trading what you see but mere anticipation. A lot of people have paid dearly for anticipation. People have been saying EU can't go up since the begining of this month. People keep saying nothing goes up without coming down. Yes that is true but the bigger picture will win. Remember what happen in MAY. People keep saying we are due for correction and we were bearish through the month of MAY. For this month, people where anticipating H/S pattern. People saw tripple top. They were only looking on H4 for pattern and refuse to see the forest from the jungle through the trees. All these had made alot of people to sell in anticipation that EU is coming down without lookong at the bigger picture.
HEY REMEMBER ONE IS ALL AND ALL IS ONE. 10ema is all over the places and people keep ignoring it and anticipating.

When I wanted to buy EJ on monday, I know of a guy that told me it is not safe. This is xmas. We are due for correction, the price is now high but the trend is strongly up and we have PA close above 10ema on h4 with small candle. I long EJ and I still have my position running. There is nothing telling me to stay away for now. We are at 200ema on weekly and going to 50ema on monthly. We can have basoka up!!! I have to look at the reaction of this level at LTF. Let PA guide us. Arjun has made it so simple but yet people keep making it so difficult. I started making consistent pips the day i respect 10ema. Good Luck

This is just a distraction for newbies please. For the fact that Arjun left does not mean which should deviate from the original setup. Please, post a chart mainly for the purpose of this thread. I remember that Emmanuel said you can be posting such a post in your thread and not here.

If you notice emmanuel post the way he uses his chart and all additional information give to us, he did not deviate from the original setup. It is just additional confluence and he made people to understand the concept. For example the OHLC of weekly and daily. POPgun etc. So if you have to post additional confluence you have to make it simple for newbies.

Also avoid statement like EU will go to 1.3100 before 1.3500. This can confuse newbies and they can just go ahead and short bcos they will believe your statement even if you said they should not follow you as they see you posting winning trade and not posting lossing trade.

Please post only trades based on the system covered in this thread

previous day: bearish, looking for short only
retracement almost 50% fibo of yesterday
EMA10/200/800 inline
entered after LO and EMA10 restest, S/L @1.6116 (~10pips), target1 1.6065 (Y low), target2 1.6050 (RN).

What do you think?

Difficult one. You have days open, Asian lows and RN close by. To be honest the only thing I'd say is try and get in tighter entry 6120-ish (as opposed to 6106-ish) when RN is so close as a stop at 16 could get tagged.

Hopefully you'll be OK.
