1) Its difficult but try learn how to move all your emotion away from your trading - take it as any other serious business you do , not as your part time hobby

2) Always Always Always have a trading plan and exit strategy. Before you hit buy or sell ask your self why ?


3) My most favorite. Write down a trade journal of every trade how well or bad you did. Every weekend go back one by one and analyse it. Eventually you will see patterns.


4) Learn how to "love" losing. Look everyone loosing even the big-players with 100s of analyst are sometimes wrong. You have to accept your loses and take them as part of "necessary expenditure" of this business. Its same as running any other business and you have running cost you have to pay wages,bills,rent etc. Forex is same. You and everyone else will always occasionally lose but it helps you a lot especially later on if you accept every lose equally as your gains. Dont go over the moon when you hit 300+ pips trade or go crying out loud if you are on the other side. Just learn how to stay calm and focus what you doing.
