They are modified Hull Moving Averages.
This is the code for IT-Finance [Prorealtime charts]
You will need to find the code for Hull Moving Averages for your charting package.
Then substitute EndPointAverage and TriangularAverage into your code.
It will be similar to the below.
Good luck!

Modified Hull Moving Average code:
Period=13
UU1=WeightedAverage[round(sqrt(Period))](2*EndPointAverage[round(Period/2)](close)-EndPointAverage[Period](close))
UU2=TriangularAverage[round(sqrt(Period))](2*EndPointAverage[round(Period/2)](close)-EndPointAverage[Period](close))
