Well of course whatever I do is my own decision - I'm hardly looking for someone else to blame or to take credit for the trades that I make.

I was merely asking the question of those people with years of experience of just such an event as this what they thought was likely to happen; this borne out of frustration that I am currently in a Short position and running perilously close to my SL.

if we are talking about Robots they have curve fitting that or this way they can not trade those moves or they loose all and more in chop MKT
if we are talking trading systems yes MKT was like as written in the books
if we are talking traders whom trading those systems some has failed due to well know issues.

but yes today is case study

hope this thread will help you like i do
but no body will answer the question whether the price will go up or down
if you follow their discussion you will find out, but if you ask directly i think nobody gonna answer
i learn from this thread, and add some of the discussion to my chart (cause my chart is still a mess)
we all have a lot to learn

if you follow posts you will get a clue.
then take good parts that matching you & ignore the parts you disagree
we all do the same.
most of the traders here posting theiir analyses for both direction & post their trades

I probably spend far too much time following the conversations on Budii and that's as much of an issue as anything else. The fact is that I don't yet have the knowledge to understand half of what's being said and the other half is split Up/Down . . . . and do you know the really annoying thing . . . they're all absolutely right and making money whilst I seem to chase my tail.

I know that I'm close but I'm at that point where I'm just getting into trades at the wrong end and it's simply a matter of learning more and putting each new nugget of knowledge into action within the overall strategy.

Sounds so bloody simple!
