I expect price to break that 3000 soon, lets see if we can get a short above. 3030 looks good to me. Also maybe some 10 point scalp around 3005-3010.

OOOps 2990 now well, i closed it earlier, but still 2 positions 3005 and 3010..well..am surprised it fell so quickly from 3010.

2975 now 2970 is intraday support.

A bit of early movement today.

we are still in uptrend, as we can see on picture. We are in bullish trending channel.
Its too high to buy now so we suggest shorting in 3040-50 zone with a tight stop as 3075 is next resistance above.
Any potential longs could be played out around 2970 but be very careful today as it is Friday and also the end of a month so there will be profit taking all over the place.

best target zone right now seems to be 3062 to 3112. 3020-3040 is a strong zone and might proof to difficult to overcome.


above 3112 most likely 3162 to 320x


we should keep in mind, that a drop to max 2945-2950 can occur beforehand



right now I have best target of 3034-3036. We will see soon enough

If we break 25 again 3035-40 would be that, i agree. But look at H4 we have double top, 30.10., 25.10 coinciding with last 2. If that rejects the price we could have a deeper retracement.

Its too high to buy it now, we can only go with a sell if we get the right price. For mid term traders, these are good shorting levels due to a good r:r ratio.

Only if the price breaks and closes above 3040, we can expect bullish continuation.

completely agree.


I think, yesterday I wrote somewhere, that the 3010-3030 may be a hurdle too strong to overcome. And today I repeated it. With that beeing said and 3027 already tested this morning the bears may have already taken the rudder.

Break of 3040 would indeed be a bullish sign, but in this phase to take longs has bad R:R, as you already noted :-)


So again: completely agree....

Quick analysis:


so far, based on Murrey Math and Harmonic EW I see the following picture:


The move from the low @ 267x may find an end soon.

Under the most bullish condition I can see an max upside target of around 3149 to 3164. But that would be a very extended move.

Most likely a further move up will target 3036 to 3062


break of 3062 will offer 3086

But all in all I think of a max upside of 3062.


Should price attempt higher, not without a retracement first from max 3062 level to the downside.



To the downside 2978 to 2940 area should offer good resistance. A break of 2940 will offer 2878 at first.


Watch reaction at 2974 closely.



Right now I am not sure what EW structure we are in, but so far I think about wxyxz since the 267x bottom

Excellent post. We should mark the levels on USDx, that will help us when trading all major crosses.

2990 is support now. Judging from early price action, we could see 3060, where we could also try to short with 15 point stop. Buy into a dip with stops around 2990 could be played out or short around 3061 with 15 point stop, whichever comes first. In case of fast break through 3061 short it as close to 3075 as it can be keeping the stop just above.
