To Newbies, Lovebees and Dummies:

I hate myself for having to say this.
I hate these ADR trades.
Why?
These are low probability type of trades I see on all charts even though many traders here manage to get some pips out of the ADR 'bounce'.
We are trend traders and trend scalpers. I just do not know what to classify these sort of ADR trades.

I was wondering if you can explain what gives you confidence to hang on to these trades for such long moves especially CT trades..
Is it that you just hang on and exit at the first cross and close across the 10ema or maybe if not crossed yet you see an extreme move away from the 10ema and see a reversal PA bar then you exit??..or certain S/R, RN's come into effect for you to exit with such a move??

Lovebee learning curve in 1 month

Dear Master Arjun and Big Brothers (Emmanuel7788, X-man, etc.),
Million thanks for all your doing here.
Please have a look at my learning curve after one month with this thread.
Although my equity has increased in double, I've still made a lot of stupid mistakes such as overtrades, staying too long on a position (greed), moving SL & TP, scatering too many pairs (10 pairs), not always stick to basic setups (CT trade), chasing the price (fear of missing), etc.
My improving action plan for next month will be: trade basic setup only, focus on 4 pairs only, 3 trades per day max, fixed SL & TP.
Could you please advice me what I must add more to the action plan?
Is it allowed if I would create my journal of Arjun methods in FF?

GU. CT trade. Pin at RN + ADR Low.... also bouncing off D10ema, and 1hr-4hr 200ema.

When you say you trade the 4H do you wait for PA to close beyond the 10ema, then drop to lower TF to initiate the trade in the same direction of he 4H, or is any PA around the 10 ema all that you need?

Sorry if question is silly one, just that I'd like to also trade on HTF as easier than trading on LTF.

Hi,

I wanted to help traders here with s/l placement in this post. I entered long on the wick of the first bar as an aggressive entry with little p.a confirmation. Had I placed my s/l at the bottom of that wick I would have lost money on the trade. I placed my s/l below the area of the last imbalance of S/D (supply /demand). It was a RBR (rally base rally) and it pulled back to that area and shot back up. It was FTB (it was first time back to that area.

Don't just place s/l at X amount of pips without a clear understanding of where would be the most appropriate exit.

Wait for the trade, let price come where you want it , let price come to you. This lower s/l size and you can trade bigger lot.

Don't let the I mssing out make you to just jump into these trades. You will most of time be in drawdown on a retrace or a complete change of direction .Buy dips , sell on rallies. Buy lower and sell higher lol
