TL value change with time
SUP REZ are fix. they dont change with time.
Past of the price creates TL s & TL s shape the future of the price.
algos can not use SUP REZ for long term or all chart ( buffers ) will full with HOR lines

TL works well just like Fibonacci stuffs what is interesting is to understand why it work , in fact it s just a consequence of the market nature such things exist just because traders believe it exist and as long as Mkt is just the sum of its participants action weighed by their exposure if a day most of traders stop putting faith in fibo levels for their TP level / entries it will simply stop to work .

rest is plus.
