Guys, is this the same candle like Arjun show us?
I just want to know...

Hi mate,

Yeah same candle to me. I saw it develop but stayed out due to few factors -

Pause at RN
ADR
1hr 800ema
4hr - see resistance right above (though enough gap for a small scalp)

Supporting factor was that it broke above the daily 10ema

Of course Arjun candle and that setup works - he says you can risk 5% (so i guess we shouldnt think too much, lol) - and it worked perfectly!!!

Hello my name is Dion. I am looking for mentor to help me with me Understand Forex a little bit better. I really liked what you said about making ten pips a day and minimizing losses, so I was just wondering if you can help me with a walk-through of your system. I tried to apply the indicators that you listed and I'm having trouble. I'm using FXCM platform so I'm not sure if that's reason why I'm having trouble.

Nice one mate, good spot....

just something i noted from going through the history of the thread and also chart observation... look at the 2nd red bar to the right after the green bar...look at the close of that bar and open of next bar (slight retrace to the 10ema) - the 10ema sloping down - better confirmation? (mate not saying anything against your trade at all - just something to look out for). This is something i look at unless there is a clear 'arjun candle' - pin bar....

Agreed. That would certainly have been a more confirmed entry wouldn't it? In retrospect! Thing is when making the trading decisions, you don't have the benefit of 'seeing' the next 3-4 candles. Many times too that retrace and continuation never occurs and price just pushes on and does it's thing. Look at the previous 5 candles. I didn't see any mind of buyers interested in making a point after the break of that Trend Line. In any case it looked a good R:R trade at the time with no support between entry and TP which was the previous week high.
Thanks for the heads up anyway. I'm still learning!

Another document I found when browsing forums (A guy named Piters uploaded it couple of years ago - thank you, sir). A must-read as it addresses the topic of mental fitness, which we are currently trying to tackle in this thread. There are many important aspects discussed in an honest and funny way.

You can neglect the last page coming with the document, as it is not a part of sharing....

Anyway, the rest of the document exposed few week points that I need to get rid off. Hopefully some of you will find something that can improve your trading!

Enjoy!...

Train your eyes:
Ignored
Its late response to your post Emmanuel lol, better something than sorry. I was too busy with with my daily work.
Here we go.

1. The highlighted area looks like Breakaway Candlestick on 1hr
2. 3 hrs later PA test RN and go south
3. There is no close support to the left
4. 10, 200, 800 emas are all above
5. TDI confirms

I can see pop gun pattern as well, but when i switch to 30min or 1hr chart, it shows me different pattern... Maybe because of my broker time difference? I start thinking that if I train my eye to see patterns through combinations of those candlesticks, and won't use my broker timing exactly, it will give me more information. Please comment on my thoughts, I hope you understand what I mean...

Please let me know if I'm missing something as well.

Be blessed!
