I expect new lows either today or tomorrow but I can pretty much say it's bear market, with my analysis I see further lows on sp500 and dax giving me more confidence on shorting

we all hope new lows as Short traders
hoping longs are not hurt.

S&P500 & DAX are these days effected from EURUSD you think reverse.

it may reverse also but not these days.

there is no stocks war between countries
But there is a currency war between countires

SO Currencies are efeecting other MKT s.

If there is a currency war between countries the stocks will suffer from it.
Everything is related so if you put a war on currencie you will affect everything around.

We can not understand the true correlation all the time, but if you go on fundamentals of supply and demand you see that If a lot of people want to have euros, eur will increase, but if people want more euros they will invest in stocks therefore eur going down and stocks up.

What I think it's happening right now is that stocks are overvalued and as draghi said unit labour cost must go down so stocks will go down until the crisis is solved.

I think the bottom will be in 2013/2014

I cant say BIG due it is not moving, but POSS

Long @ 1.2725 with targets until next fractal of 1.3005.

Stop loss 1.2690.
