Manually drag and set horizontal alert lines

I thought I had seen somewere on FF where someone had programmed an indicator that would allow the user to drag a horizontal line to set price alerts when hit.... If you know of one could you post here. thanks

Ok , I am now looking for an EA that lets the Trader set a specific time to enter a trade , other variables would be Enter Buy , Enter Sell , Stop loss , Take profit , and Trailing stop , also a variable to exit the trade at a specific time.... I know there is someone here that has collected alot of the EA's on FF and sorted them to kind.. can't find that guys thread either...
