MT4- Is it possible to shift a chart automatically so current price is in the center

Is it possible to write an EA that will automatically center the chart around the current price? I have my charts set at a fixed scale so I'm constantly moving them as price moves off the top and bottom and it would be very convenient to be able to do this.

Interesting I think if this was implemented trade volume would be reduced because of the FOMO would drop. Traders would make far better trading decisions, brokers would go broke, volatility would drop . MM's use and rely on fast price movements purely as DM sucker entry/exit positioning.
