Kissa offers sage advice for times like these and we have all been there. Don't beat yourself up. Walk away for a while, regroup and come back with a plan. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. The market is rigged against us retail traders, it always has been. It takes more than trading S/D to trade successfully. The last 2 weeks have not been easy. Why? Let's see, we are coming into a presidential election and we have had a major storm hit the east coast and let us never forget that little report that rocks the markets called NFP.

It is times like these that one should stay away from the market and enjoy time with family and friends. If you recently had a major loss, take some time off. A few days/weeks really helps clear the mind. After you have taken some time off, you might consider reading rereading Jesse Livermore's book. Here is another one: Trade Your Way to Financial Freedom, by Dr. Van Tharp.

Kissa recommends trading with a demo account when you return and this is good advice too.

I set to PHL to 0 on a 5 min chart works great with the II_Supdem indie.
