my spread is 1.5 x Normal
which is not bad for this time of week & day

PS : I pay comission per turn

depends
I have some POSS levels to reject it.
I trade small size regarding to my account & turn it 10-20 times a week & making good profit that way.
also sometimes using some heavy size again regarding to my base trade size ( but in general my margin does not go down +%400 ) to get flat.

I have also security system that EXIT all trades in the case of -%14DD ( it was -%15 now -%14 )

so I adapt the MKT
nothing fix accept base tarde size
