Could anybody give me a good and plausable explanation why we had a 63 pip downmove after hitting 3020 73pip upmove ? Actually any explanation appreciated

I know everyone is jumping on the bull bandwagon.....but be advised that the bulls will not be out of the woods till those numbers I posted before are broken.....till then the bears "might"....just "might" attack....
If we pass 3071....and 3139 then we can say we should have a "raging bull"
