I wonder when I will reach that very last step...
Started trading on a constant basis 3 month ago.. after another 6 month of "getting in touch with it" on a fairly loose basis^^
Think I'm on a good way, still a long long way to go i guess. But as i won't have to go it all by myself (thank you guys!) i think i can handle it

If it does not fall much more the next 4 hours. Its definitely long. But then u might miss a few pips. I think it is a ok entry point tho.

I doubt that it'll remain there for 12 hours.
Why not defining a rather tight yet logic SL, a TP & then see what happens?
(I don't as I dislike holding positions over night / while not beeing online longer terms.. If i were online for the next hours I'd prbly go long.)

I love to read.....so I studied over 200 books.....each author has his own ideas his own believes....so I made a big salad with all the ideas.... in the end NOTHING WORKED...
So now I have to unlearn what I learned....(that is hardest part)....
In the end it is a lot simpler than we humans make it......I took the very long road.....yes now that I can see everything from far away I did learn a lot.....
but you really do not need all this.....
Keep it simple....works...

another trader evolution
- new trader : always start with wins ( begginer luck & no odds & no afraid )
- then suddenly looses starts. no wins at all. at that stage trader starts creating his/her own odds. dont do that, dont do this
- then with all those odds trading becoms impossible.
- then trader start thinking of which is correct/wrong
- keeps loosing money & learning trading
- after enough time ( differs from person to person ) becomes a trader
- no odds, flexible, logic, deciplined, cocnsistant, patient

yeah, after reading 4 rather thick books about (day-)trading I have the impression that the core, the really basic part, is ALWAYS the same.
(technically seen, i don't trade fundamentals beside taking notice of important news and keeping an eye on them..)
So I went to the chart & checked for me, what of those things seems logic, valid and is supposed to be used or resulting in the behaviour of the mass.
As trading is nothing but mass psychology after all.
And there I found that a mixture of MA, RSI and, for the main part & the hard facts, Fibonacci, Trendlines and Support/Resistance works perfectly for me.
Not to much. Yet enough to be aware of the most critical points in the chart and not enough to confuse me - there is hardly a situation in which i can not decide for myself what I would be doing. Almost always I know whether to go long, short or stay flat.
Doesn't work always but that's part of the game

well, going dinner, and try clear mind of any prejudge market future moovement...
It can brak the triangle down or up, 50%/50%...the only sure is that it will do that or at the end of the week or next week, because there no more space in that "nightmare zone"! my prejudge tell me long, but iŽll try at dinner with good fish, tomato wet rice and a white wine fresh pitcher not remind that!!!
