TL s work within +-2pips tolerance with liquid MKT

when/if it touch there will short with the confirmation of momentum

so why price rejected from 2973
easy
we have an old TL edge @2973 with 4H chart

thats way when I was planing my traget I posted as 2972/78

as those are diagonals they are now

if you look 4H chart carefully
you will see a Dark Blue TL with just price where stands
