Be careful & conservative - according to the"Market" tab at the top of this page liquidity is 45% less than average although it could pick up steam later.

For those newbies who have not done so, please make try find time and make effort to do so. See the attached chart below (posted again).

10 to 20 pips per trade will be a piece of cake once you have done this simple chart exercise and train your eyes. You need to do this exercise over the next 3 days in live market conditions.

My next post will be on how you can use this "Triple Screen" and make that 10 ~ 20pips per trade. If you don't train your eyes, you won't be able to follow.

Hello folks...Looks like this thread has matured really well.
I will not be discussing any more strategies.i think whatever here in this thread will provide enough oppourtunities for everyone here.

Since the time i started this thread.I was not able to fully concentrate on the chart..But i feel so delighted to have shared some valuable things here in this thread.i have discussed more of non forex related things here.

From now i will talk about psychology mostly..and rarely about strategies.

I can trigger your anger/frustration even without uttering a single word to you physically.you dont have to know me,I can praise a person and bring happiness to him,i can abuse someone and bring sadness to him.just by typing from here.

How are these things triggering your MIND.when i abuse someone with words here.How is it that he cant digest the fact that he was abused by me by merely typing those words in the forum ?

How are these connected with eachother INVISIBLY?
Why does it get triggered?
How are these internet wires connected to your brain cells or your MIND?

yes my friend...I would say even that 10% technical is based on 90% psychology...lol

Is it possible for everyone to read what others are thinking....

NO and YES.

NO: Its not possible for everyone to read coz everyone is programmed in a different way.

YES: It is possible for everyone to read coz everyone is programed in the same way..

Now what do i mean....its contradictory.?

Its possible for everyone, provided everyone practices...
But who will practice? a person who is born for it in this birth will practice.thats why we see very few good people around.All others will learn for 2 days and move to new things in their lives.in this case another new system or strategy.This is not their ACT...its the act of their MIND....

I say something at this moment and i deny the same the next time....who is deciding.who is breathing while im sleeping.who is puttingme to sleep and who is waking me up?if you say that its our sub conscious MIND or GOD...then you havent done any research on this.You are just following what was told to you and you are following it BLINDLY without you realising it.

Humans dont blindly follow they THINK.thats what makes them HUMANs...if they blindly follow someone then they are not HUMANS...we all know WHAT blindly follows orders.

Good to hear that! The biggest obstacle I have ever encountered it was my mind.... with its biases, bad habits all affecting the LOGIC.
The conversion of myself in what I am capable of being is the hardest process. And it is not related only to forex, but the all life's fields.

I will keep close!

PS: You spoke to me about self-realization (mine), but I think seeing things from time to time is not the same with practicing every minute of my life. This is only the beginning of a long process, that is my feeling. More than a year have been written on a "post it", in a corner of my desktop screen the following question: The safety of comfort or the tension of doubt? Obviously, I have gradually chosen the second and everything changed since then.

I like when Arjun talks psychology. These are my favourite.
It gets me thinking.
I also agree there are so many strategies on this thread to make ones account grow steady.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Wall Street firms were set to open with limited staffing on Monday, as stock markets remain closed ahead of Hurricane Sandy's approach and many traders in other markets as well as other financial professionals worked from home.
Here is a breakdown of what the major financial institutions said about carrying out business on Monday:
SECURITIES INDUSTRIES AND FINANCIAL MARKETS ASSOCIATION (SIFMA)
The investor group said it is recommending an early close of noon EDT on Monday for the trading of U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-income securities. The early close will not affect the closing time for settlements.
SIFMA added its member firms should decide for themselves whether their fixed-income departments remain open for trading.
NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE
NYSE Euronext said it would close its markets on Monday and, pending confirmation, on Tuesday, in consultation with other exchanges and market participants.
The exchange operator said it would work with the industry to determine the next steps in restoring trading as soon as the situation permits.
NASDAQ OMX GROUP
The exchange operator, whose logo towers over New York's Times Square, will also close its U.S. markets on Monday and, pending confirmation, on Tuesday. Exchanges of Nasdaq OMX Group Inc outside the U.S. are set to open as normal.
Times Square Alliance, an organization that works to improve and promote Times Square, had been scheduled to ring the opening bell on Monday, according to a statement on Nasdaq's website published on Sunday.
CME GROUP
CME Group Inc said it was suspending floor trading on Monday at NYMEX headquarters, the world's biggest oil and energy futures and options market.
CME will be closing its U.S. equity index futures and equity index options on futures markets on the trading floor and on CME Globex at 8:15 a.m., Central Time, Monday, October 29. These markets opened at 5:00 p.m. CT on Sunday and will remain open until 8:15 a.m. CT Monday.
All other CME Group futures and options on futures markets will remain open.

Good morning,

I am new on this thread and I would really like to thx all of you have gave contribution to this thread. Curently I am on the page 430 and dont know if you guys developed any new approach to the trading on next pages. I am doing analys on EURUSD LTF and I am interesting in your opinion.

On daily chart there was a touch of 50 EMA two days ago. After that the high of doji candle was not breaken. Fridays and todays candle is small - but ok it was friday and today it is monday and because of holidays in US and coming holidays in Europe the trading this week could be on low volume.

On 4h chart there was third push to 200 EMA. (the first one didnt touch the line, second one get undet the line and the last one is sitting on the line for third candle now. the high of the last touch is lower than before, so it is possible that this time the price would not bounce from 200 EMA. Will look for that on lower TF after London open. But again this days would be tricky because of holidays all over the world. Could you please give me your opinion about my look to current EU picture. THX!

ADD: something to add we are near the RN 1,2900 and near the support from previous lows.
ADD2: there is also monthly 10EMA on1,2900

Its a really small bounce.
Which tells me that the 200ema is looking to break.
