also watching USDX4 hr.. 3 red lines at hi.. which in my opn represents strong resistance..just my opn of course..but at mo well and truly on side line

We have bearish momentum early today. 2950 serves as resistance.

Trade setup:

Short 2940 SL 2955 TP 2890

It may go lower if it breaks 2880.

The area between 2890 and 2860 (2850) shows many confluences (channel-lines, trend-lines, fib-confluences, EMA 234 on 4h and daily, EMA 40 on weekly etc.)

With momentum already slowing down we may see here a bigger consolidation area to recharge momentum.

I do not expect a high retracement, but the DP is certainly a good target for today. I will try to establish long positions between 2890 and 2870

Break of 2850-2860 area to the downside will offer much more bearish targets like around 277x and 2695

Ok put ur stop on BE now or even better if u closed at 2920. Too many rejections.

This is daily timeframe. Notice the FALSE break of W reversal pattern. It is suggesting that the break to the upside was fake.

Also, we have a VERY strong trendline acting as a daily support. Look how strong it is. How many touches it has....


Be cautious. ALso for additional shorts- BPC trade can be pulled out once the trendline has been broken.

i wonder if you or anybody else uses the oanda pivot tool

on the chart, the short grey line is the daily pivot, the long is the weeckly
yello line is s1 and green s2
blue is r1 and red r2
long blue weeckly r1
