ok, we have a situation where lots of the MAs on short term are converging, due to not a lot of price action the last 2 or 3 hours

Above 1.30510 would be a buy signal
Below about 1.30400 would be a sell alert in the system I currently track
if experienced in the next 20 minutes or so
