hi cku... i have just had a look at the usdjpy pair... on the h4 timeframe... now apologies for the fact i have zoomed out so much on this pair..but to be sure..i need a bigger picture on this pair and candles just show price anyway so i'm not missing out on much...and with a few simple trend lines (purple lines)... and divergence lines (red lines).. i can see that we are approaching an area of bullish occupancy on this pair.. although short term trades may seem well and true.. the long term direction is definitely bullish..for confirmation of this I am going to wait until i see a failure of the lower trend line.. which is between 77.60 and 77.90 it doesn't matter when price reaches this area..just the fact that price fails the bottom of this line.. when i get this signal i would go long..then the rest of the picture should tell you my future outlook.. by the way don't take my word as gospel.. i'm far from perfect at trading, but hey..we gotta start somewhere..!

I have two different matatrader on my labtop Exness and ACM gold
although their timing are different
on observing a single pair on the same time frame on the two platforms
the form different divengences
so which one do i follow
its quite confusing

ahh sucks.. i managed to moved my stop loss to b/e and closed out half position at +50 points.. no point wasting profit there jonas.. here to make monies! but you live to fight another trade!

dammit...shud have seen the divergence on the h1 so we could have have avoided said losses! anyway on the h4 chart I still see price going down before the bulls get their way.. im going to wait for price to retest the 101.563 and enter short.. the second chart then shows what I THINK will happen... and go long @ 100.781 or the 5/8 area I doubt now that we will see 100.000 again for this pair but i won't enter long until I get h4 confirmation of failings of 100.781

bit early to be moving stop loss to breakeven but i actually want to sleep at some point today and dnt want to take my chances on the market reversing on me.. anyway got in at my desired price (101.553).. just need price to break through 101.172 for confirmation of the continuation of the downtrend even though there is abit of resistance between 101.240 and 101.172. Once that area is broken i'll be fairly confident it will hit my profit target of 100.800.

Hi,

I post an EURAUD H4 trade. I use an oscillator, the TDI, for additional filtering. I closed the trade for 94 pips as it bumped into the closest supply zone. Any comments appreciated.

We have a lot of pairs trading at supply and demand levels including the Euro and Cable but I find the attached setups interesting:

1. CHFJPY - H4 pinbar & regular divergence @ supply zone

2. CADJPY - M30 regular divergence @ demand level, with a possible engulfing outside bar on the H4 TF hinting of a potential good run on this trade.

Hi, Jonas,

I have just finished you book I think it is very useful! I have to train my eyes to get accumosted to find the proper areas of supply and demand. But I will do my job, I am very determined. What do you think about using Heiken Ashi or AveragePriceBar (APB) candles instead of using classic candles?

Could you share the round numbers indi that shows the numbers on the right only and not across?

sweetspotsgold doesnt seem to work for me.
