I have withdrawn $16,000 no problem. Transfer was done the same day I sent request. Funds showed up in my bank 3.5 days later.

I've had no issues myself, processed it within a business day from when I submit a request then it takes a few days longer (typically 3-4 days in my experience) to hit my account.

I'm in the EDT/EST timezone, so the only real delay is waiting half a day after I submit the request for business hours in Australia to open and they do the processing. Can't blame them for a time difference though

I found Pepper's option to withdrawal by credit card (even if you didn't use the credit card to deposit) to be rather interesting. They can do an 'imbalanced refund' transaction to the credit card for no cost, which I've used to pay off balances at the end of a billing period instead of doing a payment to the CC from my bank (I try to never carry a balance on my CC at month's end.)

I've only ever seen brokers who do credit card withdrawals if you funded by CC (and no more than you funded), so being able to wire a deposit in via your bank, then take small amounts out every so often, with no fees, to your credit card is kinda cool.

I plan to open my first live account with Pepperstone. Im demoing for some time with them and they seem to be a good option.

Could somebody explain how a refund via CC works. I have a Mastercard, where I can spend a certain amount every month. And what I've spent I have to pay from my regular bank account at the end of the month.
So where exactly will my refunded money be put? How do I get to it? If I withdraw 2000$, will my limit be that bigger?

Sorry for the noobish question but Im not versed in those things.

Well, your CC credit limit is between you and your bank so do talk to them to get any clarifications. But basically, let's say you owe $500 on your card for that month's expenses, you can do a withdrawal to CC from your account at Pepper for $500 and after it posts to the account your CC balance would be $0.

Your bank probably wouldn't consider this a payment (technically it isn't,) so you might have to do a minimum payment from your bank anyway... but as far as clearing a balance by month's end it works fine. It's a nice feeling to buy a new toy on your card then pay it off that evening with your trading profits.

But again, check with your card provider... my bank in Canada is fine with it, but I have no idea how CC accounts are treated elsewhere.

To do one, either go here:
https://pepperstone.com/clients/withdrawal-form.php

And select "no", then CC.. should list it there.

Or use the form in your client panel login.

Oh, and if you're new to trading, don't even worry about this yet.. focus on consistency over the long term and practice the craft. This can come later..

Last I checked they didn't... but I think there's a way of doing it with an internationally registered corporation (ie, you are a corporate client and setup a business outside the US.)

Don't quote me though, probably want to ask chat support about it.

I did that now and after some time spent explaining what I am talking about they have contacted their CC centre and informed me that everything that exceeds my CC limit gets, twice a month automatically or per request, sent to my normal bank account.

No costs from Pepper and no costs from the bank. Sweet.

Spreads seems fine to me. Old razor account current spread 0.3-0.6 on E/U, asia session.

Keep in mind you guys spreads increase in news events, that's probably what you were looking at.

Spreads acting normally for me.

I have noticed that the spread at 5pm (end of day) gets a bit wide. I'm usually flat by then though.

Jack at 5pm (end of day), they have the five minute no-trade window to overcome the reboot of banks' systems as remy (if i am correctly) already comment before (from info from pepperstone); Yesterday I had at that time, "market is closed" errors and noticed then a wider spread in that period.
