Sorry, I got it twisted,
Emmanuel's chart is what I was referring to.
With 30 setting I have 1.2980 reading.
With 10 setting I have 1.2972 reading and the ADR is then hit both Hi and Low.

It's obvious now a few candles have played out and in retrospect i am annoyed with myself for taking a long, when PA closed over the MA's for the second time. I read the first push over the MA's as the break, then pulling back and closing over again as the retest.

In hindsight, I was chasing the market, because the 10MA was still below the 200 and I traded foolishly on my expectation that PA would hold over the MA's and cause the 10 to cross above the 200.

Good morning all,

I short three lots this morning for a total of 13 pips. I took the trades using only the 15 min chart today. I took the shorts at the red arrow after seeing the green candle before this one couldnt close about the 10 EMA and that the candle with the red arrow tested the 10 ema again and failed. The reason for only 13 pips was because the RN of 1.29500 scared me so I had my TP just above that.

Here is where I was getting into a mess. The first step has always been to look at the 4h chart for direction. I looked at the 4h chart and saw that the PA was above the 10 EMA and tested closing below that which I put a red arrow above. The second candle which as the yellow arrow above also tried to test the 10 EMA support and fail. To me this was give a signal of going higher. Im looking for thoughts on my thinking here. Still a newbie working on the system.

I see the PA is right at the 200 ema on the 15m chart. This could be interesting.

For me it shows 1.29898 with setting of 10.

Target met. This trade worked out for me. But I lost on GBPUSD, so actually in negative 3 pips total. But AUDUSD was a good trade.

Now we all know how ADR works...when it reaches the ADR before NY....this is an ultimate example....i made +32 today 2 times more than i want..you guys teade well will see you guys morrow...

adr is just a guideline. not an absolute rule.
