Normally (II) should not retrace to the start of (I).
I believe 1.2036 swing low violated this condition such that
a count adjustment is due.

...And correct, you're right (V) should be higher than (III).

Sorry what do you mean II should not retrace to the start of I? Luis Carlos from Elliot Wave Outlook told me that II can't be below I, but I still don't get it. Sorry if its a stupid question!
