DislikedIf you are in the positive with a trade and you put in a s/l is it possible that half of your profit eventually shows up on your account history, i.e. you lost half in that split second you closed?Ignored
DislikedWell this is really the reason why I put the question in here. I had a trade that was stopped out (s/l) but when I looked back in the account history it was half the amount of what it was when it his the s/l. And it was over 100 pips.
The same thing happens the other way around as well, I put in a pending order but what happened today is that I got a busy signal four times and by the time it went through the price had gone up so much that I had to adjust my order.Ignored

DislikedWell I have been trading on a practice account with my current broker and in doing so I have come across situations where I found out that I was the one making mistakes and I try to understand what went wrong in my way of thinking.
So at this point I'm not blaming anyone. But I sure appreciate everyone's input! Thanks!Ignored
