Has everybody on this thread taken leave of their senses? Remember the saying that if something sounds too good to be true?

Take a look at this guy's track record. He made similar outlandish promises before in the Carmen's Eye thread. It was pure power (or fantasy?) trip on his part, which he eventually owned up to. Unless he has done some serious upgrading in the last 2 years, his coding skills are atrocious and no doubt most of the beta testing will be fixing things that should never have been caught by him.

But if you want to waste your time, go for it.

Yes the "carmen" system was my attempt to make a successful moving average system. No surprise there that it didn't work.

After that failure, I realized that trend lines are the only thing that price respects consistently enough to make money off of. However I had no idea how to code an EA that could determine the best trend line to trade off of.

So I took about a year-long break from trading. After that break, I had a few ideas about how I might do it and now I've got an EA that is light years ahead of carmen, in terms of coding and in terms of trading theory.

Would love to give it a spin around the block. Looking forward to it. My expectations are very low because EAs are not dynamic enough to respond to market changes. However, I'm a bit of a techno geek with time to burn since I trade larger times frames (H4 and higher)

Original thinking-it's remind me of the bad habit of most newbies to move to higher TF when trade is in a loss and by it justifying broadening SL- but here you use the same idea but for TP and for a good reason..
