Do you have a lot of indicators and/or EAs hooked up? Especially the Oneclick order ”thingy”.

Are you experiencing the same thing with other broker’s demo or live?

For the sever expansion question, your best bet would be to ask them directly. Haven’t heard of anything pertaining to this.
No just a couple of things, Lukton order manager, a spread and an ATR indicator. It's only demo and i've not really given too much testing but I'm impressed so far. Just noticed a slight delay when opening up the lower timeframe charts.

What timeframe of a delay? seconds? It’s normal if you load a lower timeframe in MT4 for the first time for a currency pair.

I'd say maybe 5 seconds or so on the M5 but when I flicked over to the M30 and back it was fine. It wasn't a serious issue though.

fxpro has high commission $6.5, it is a cost, just like big spread. i open the account with fxpro, not b/c of the rebate, but it's ctrader platform. MT4 is a joke.

Yup, MT4 isn't perfect and sometimes a great deal of indicators (especially ones that have a lot of math to do on each bar) hang a bit as it loads up a few thousand bars at once on a chart..

Sounds like he's good to go now though.

haoqfu, it's unfortunate Pepper didn't have a new web trading platform for you (given you're on Mac and don't want MT4 through Wine) in time.. I wish it was out sooner as well.

I wonder what held them back... maybe I'll poke them about it.

Their spread is still decent among most brokers. loved their service too.

Finally, a kind word... thks. Time for a new windows PC?... If you're “gonna” be trading, y’a need to be equipped. ( I have a Mac and win7, an android, and…) But that's just me, I am prepared and suited for almost anything… Seeing that i am serious about this...

Shouldn’t have too, but… Mac is a bit overrated anyways...

Yeah, that said, what is bugging me now, is that they are not offering the basic platforms, ie: Standard live account showing the right spreads on the charts. Please do not tell me it is an IT issue. Axitrader does offer these already (for all account types, demo). So, maybe they should have a chat with them. May help in looking a bit more professional, I think…

It has been bugging me... Haven’t spoken to them about it yet, fearing the: ”It’s an IT problem" response.

Don't get me wrong, still very happy. Well, more than happy with them.

thoughts on one click on edge? find it slows my comp a little. i like it but still getting used to it. love the fact it places a stop and tp on entry.

will give it another week, wish u could move it around. Pepperstone are making moves in the right direction...

You can move it around, click the little pin on the top right. Then drag it.
