DislikedNo kidding, guys.
Things are not looking good.
This Gold rush and CHF (gold substitute) strengthening is not a good sign...
Is there something that we don't know?

DislikedMake it 3 things...
Always be a buyer of Gold coming into Ramadan. The price of gold likes to go up during this time.
Why?
Dunno, check it, you will see what I mean.Ignored

Dislikedgg this is an amazing thread. Thank you for the fresh ideas.
I think that gold and chf go up because there is a lot of speculation if there will be a QE3.
Everybody is waiting the FOMC Economic projections next week on Sept 13th. If there will not be a QE3 or a clear intention for the immediate future then the stock market will crash hard and gold, chf and long-term bonds will skyrocket.
So probably the big money are shifting positions or hedging their bets on stocks. And because we are talking about billion of dollars in position, this will...Ignored

How is it possible that the #1 "Killing Zone" setup fanatic, is suggesting such an illegal (?!?!) setup?
BTW: Both Down and Up breakouts after the "End" are legal and in profit.
Answers with detailed explanation will grant the winner with many pips.

DislikedI have now read the 12 pages of this thread and it is interesting stuff.
I have one question for gg53.
Would it be possible to mark on a screenshot where he starts to see the pattern of the kill zone form so one can get an idea of when to look for the patterns and also mark the candlstick then gg53 is able to make the high and lows of this zone?
For me that would help me to understand where he starts and where he ends for looking to identify these zones.

DislikedFrom your chart, are you saying the "Zone" is illegal because:
- After the second Red vertical bar at 31-Aug 07:00, there appears 4 consecutive down close bars meaning we are looking for a New "Zone" after these down bars.Ignored
DislikedIs the zone still valid because the OBv tracks did not change even though the End was signalled?
The see-saw was yet to be disturbed by the Game changer.
Also, on the 30M chart the Zone High/Low was still inside the range of the initial Big Bar.
Better Big Bars
Have been watching the Big Bars and I noticed that when the previous bar is a doji a scan will throw up "Big Bars" that are not really big.
You are more likely to get better "Big Bars" if the scan is for bars that are say "X" times the sum of the previous TWo bars(or the Avg of 2...Ignored
DislikedHello all,
I am currently on walkabout in darkest Costa Rica -- where the internet connection is a darned sight better than it is back in UK!!
I am intrigued by this thread as it so rare to find some totally new, out-of-the-box thinking.
Please can I ask a question?
As we all know, there is no centralised exchange for FX so the volumes brokers report are unreliable.
GG has not revealed the algorithm inside the OBV indy, and my concern is that if it uses Volume in the mix, will it work better (or worse!) on some brokers than others.
Thanks...Ignored
