Just do a search on 15 85 trade and or 85 15 trade, theres quite a few examples.

First thing I do before asking a question is search the forum and google.

Sorry meant do a search on the blog, to be honest I have no idea if 15/85 would show up on google elsewhere. You will definitely pick up on the blog.

USDx.. 1hr.. diversions on Fozzy and CCI.. pink lines are various time frames pivot support.. watching EUUD for possible short trade

Whilst there are many reasons to sell EUR (divergence, topping out process) we haven't as yet. Mrs V remains dubious and sitting out, for now. We might get some engulfing pa in US session still which may warrant a sell.

So if we don't get entry one of those times when we are not fussed to have let the opp slip buy.

EUR D higher high higher low flow still in tact, we have the high from 23 Aug and then if we make it past there a couple of resistance areas fairly quickly.

GU engulfing close stopping at previously identified resistance level. 1hr lower high lower low flow broken for now.

Should prob be headed up today but an intra day lower high could change that.

Good idea to get out with minimal damage. Mrs V hasn't even put computer on today with Jackson Hole coming up. Maybe US session we'll see.

We had up bias with the obvious proviso that both GU and EUR had upper resistance areas.

We got an engulfing close sell signal (purely PA based NO indis) this morning with the engulfing close (see 1hr on next post). Mrs V sold this 5 min lh little/no lower wick exit at the D pivot around the Asian low. Turned out nice 15/85 trade.

See the red engulfing neg close on 1hr red arrow down.

The small counter weak pre/early US candle would be avoided, see x on 1hr. The 5 min move down continued but she wasn't in front of the computer at the time.

With interest rate announcements for UK and EUR care will be needed. EUR bounced up 100 pips yesterday on the ECB action rumour so maybe today buy the rumour sell the fact will play out.

We got nice 1hr engulfing close from the 2500 S area from last few weeks but didn't get 5 min hl entry, it happens. Now at the top of recent range with big news anything can happen.
