Not losing interest, just temporarily diverted by the system my friend has shown me. Am planning on continuing to trade this next week.

So here it is, put it on a 1minute time frame, and i repeat it's an EXPERT, so let run your 1 minute chart, you can configure what you want, the name of offline chart, the number of pips etc.

I am still trading it on GU 20-30 range 50 pips rangebars -- sl 30 pips tp close of bars-

I currenlty in a live trade -- enter 15551 -- sl 15581 tp close of bar I think 15531 let see how it end

I dont think DL freind system is that easy-- need lots of time to learn it and master it-- so it can be a success or a failure depends on you --

Everyone should get the same results at the same setting of entry and exit I suppose. It is "just" to find out the best range bar size, entry and exit values for different pairs. DL system itself is promising to be profitable, yesterday I did 78pips on GBPUSD and EURUSD.

Testing since monday on all 4 majors, with default settings (20/30/50), 12 hours a day, because the night i sleep, i'm student and i have a very little appartement, and my computer is old and noisy

With a 10000 $ demo account (IBFX), i'm up of 454 $.

Keep the faith !

Are you using 30 or 50 pip range bars? Can you post your EA input please? I have mixed results. Unfortunately DL's both threads looks dead. I think Chris lost interest too.
I am still playing around with this system of DL. I haven't created an EA but rather a forward testing DB so I can see if its worth going any further. The special indicator acts just like an EA but places no MT4 trades but places fake trades that are tracked by the Dash Board. So slippage and other things are not taken into acount. Still working on getting the bugs out of it and adjusting the logic to do what I think it is suppose to do according to DL's idea. I don't have a lot of time to work on it but if it ever proves any good I will post it for everyone and at that time maybe change it to an EA for real trades.
Here are a couple screen shots that give some idea of what I am trying to do. It uses a special MT4 indicator that is placed on the chart and then a Dash Board program collects the data from that indicator and puts it in the DB for a over view of what is going on with the charts you have placed the indicator on. Here I am using Range Bar = 50 PIPs, Buy/Sell Alerts = 20 PIPs, TP = 20 PIPs, SL = 20 PIPs.
After I get a Buy/Sell Alert it will open a trade at the Range Bar Start Price.

Is anyone having any luck with DL's System?

This was just taken a few moments ago to give you an idea of what happens on the DB when an alert is given and we are now waiting for a Buy signal which will happen if we cross back up through the entry point.

It is great to know that you are still working on the system. At least few people are still testing it. I have mixed results. I still think it is a good system if we can make rule around it. I'm testing a 5 minute chart with 30 pip range bar. I was interested with this system, because it is pure price action!

Your work looks nice! I hope u will be able to complete it soon!

50 pips bars, and i use the settings that comes with dreamliner version 1.9, so don't touch the settings.

Got some losses yesterday, but it recovers it, now i'm at + 517 $

The Only Constant Is Change!
Does anyone have adx which calculates and applies only when price candle is closed. Momentum one is trigering my other indicator whhich in return gives fals signals.
